In order for us to expedite the
processing of your loan and provide you with a speedy
approval the following information is
essential: |
All loan applications:
- If purchasing, a copy of your purchase contract signed by all buyers and sellers
- Pay stubs covering the the most recent 30 day period for each
applicant.
- W-2 forms for the last two years for each applicant
- Most recent months bank statements for checking, savings, retirement
accounts, money market accts, etc.
- Name, address, and phone number for each landlord you have had
for the previous 12 months (if you are currently renting)
- Last 12 months cancelled rent checks (if applicable)
If you are self-employed or have a commission income:
- Copies of your last two years’ personal and/or business
federal signed income tax returns
If you are divorced:
- Complete signed copy of final divorce decree
- Proof of child support and/or alimony is current (if you have been
ordered to pay support)
- Proof of child support funds received for the previous 3 months
(if you are using this income to qualify for the loan)
Miscellaneous Items:
- If you have graduated from high school or college within the
last two years, enclose a copy of your diploma or official transcripts
- If you have sold and closed on your existing residence, provide
a copy of your signed HUD-1 Settlement Statement (if sale is not
yet complete, please provide a copy of the signed purchase agreement
on existing residence)
- If you are receiving a gift of funds for part of your down payment,
you will be given a gift letter at the time of application. This
needs to be signed by the person providing gift of funds
- If you have declared bankruptcy in the last seven years, provide
a copy of the Petition Decree, Schedule of Creditors, and the Discharge
papers.
- If you have rental properties, provide copies of existing lease
agreements
